Water Center BioBlitz

Join the City of Vancouver’s Water Resources Education Center for a fun, family-friendly BioBlitz exploring local wetlands and forest habitats! Help document plants, insects, birds, lichens, and more while learning how to use the free iNaturalist app to contribute to real community science.

Participants can sign up for guided nature walks led by local experts, including a Bee Walk with Vancouver Bee Project, a bird walk with Vancouver Audubon, and a plants, moss, and lichen walk with Water Center staff. Drop-ins are also welcome to explore and connect with local partners.

Whether you're new to nature or a seasoned observer, this is a great opportunity to learn, explore, and contribute to understanding local biodiversity.
