Opening Weekend - Native Plant & Seed Library

Opening Weekend of the Native Plant & Seed Library 🌱

Date: Saturday & Sunday, September 27 & 28 from Noon to 3pm each day
Location: Unitarian Universalist Church of Vancouver (4505 E 18th St, Vancouver, WA 98661)

Join us for the opening weekend of the Native Plant & Seed Library! This is your chance to bring home free native plants, seeds, and bulbs to help you create pollinator-friendly spaces in your yard, garden, or neighborhood.

Our library works just like a book libraryβ€”except instead of checking out books, you’ll be able to take home plants and seeds that support local ecosystems. Even better, you can bring in your own extra seeds, plants, or bulbs from your garden and we’ll make sure they get out into the community. It’s a simple way to share abundance, grow biodiversity, and help create habitat for pollinators and wildlife right here in Vancouver.

Whether you’re a seasoned native plant gardener or just getting started, the library is a welcoming place to learn, connect, and contribute. Volunteers will be on hand to answer questions and help you pick out the right plants for your space.

Come celebrate the season, give back, and grow native together!
